it is one of the most interesting in terms of aesthetics and contents. The f rst issue boasts 284 pages rich in reportage, articles and photo
shoots. Themes may range between an article on the temperature at which wines should be served, and a reportage on
the future developments of the microalgae-based products for food and extending to fashion shoots showing lunch breaks at work.
More practical tips are not available: Sabor is concerned with the material aspect of food, without focusing on cooking.
