the bottles. Once on the scene, the bottles get of only as f nished product inside their boxes. “In the world of wine and
its production, the aspects relating to tradition are the basis and the core of everything. However, there are other aspects
where innovation and technology (even extreme) are dominant. Bottling mainly belongs to this second category,” argues
Loris Vazzoler, Winemaking Director of Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo. He has been part of the company for over
thirty years and could move around in here blindfolded, knowing precisely at which point in the line he is. Marzotto’s
