of the bottling plants, where large quantities of water (more than 400 hectoliters per day) are used, f ltration systems have
been assembled to recover water, up to 90% of the used (and later re-used) water.” But the technical manager highlights the
ethical dimension of the sustainable choice, obtained through the arrangement of the new spaces. “We could have saved
money by building them in a dif erent way. But we chose to design a people-oriented layout. The structure of the building
is modern and light, the materials used are natural, both the curtain walls and the roof covering are made of wood and
ensure high thermal ef ciency. Our aim was to create a comfortable environment for the workers who have to stay here 8
