Sweet strawberry and basil salad
Ingredients for 4 people
500 g of strawberries
Cut the strawberries into fairly thick slices. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the strawberries.
Sweeten to taste with brown sugar. Chop a few basil leaves, add them to the fruit and stir well.
Leave the dessert to macerate for at least 10 – 20 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
