### Description

Dai grappoli coltivati nell’area del Prosecco viene ottenuto il vino base sottoposto alla presa di spuma. L’utilizzo di lieviti selezionati, i tempi lenti per la rifermentazione (tre settimane) condotta a temperatura controllata (15-18° C), la prolungata sosta sui lieviti (circa un mese) e l’imbottigliamento isobarico consentono di ottenere e garantire nel tempo freschezza e fragranza di profumi e sapori.

## Sensory & emotional characteristics

Alla vista il colore giallo paglierino brillante e il perlage fine e persistente fanno da preludio alla fragranza e delicatezza dei profumi di fiori e di frutta a polpa bianca (pera, pesca). In bocca si presenta pieno ed elegante, con una stimolante freschezza che esalta a lungo il ricco ventaglio aromatico.

Grazie alla sua morbidezza e fragrante aromaticità risulta particolarmente apprezzato sia come aperitivo che in accompagnamento ad antipasti saporiti e piccanti. ottimo con insalate di crostacei e piatti a base di verdure.
