he short but delightful grape season in Poland, a very rare but precious fruit compared to more southern countries, is celebrated in a series of dishes, both sweet and savory, the main feature of which are grapes, adulterated as little as possible so that their slightly bitter taste and the compact nature of the fresh grapes can be enjoyed.

Grapes with yogurt

1/2 kg/1 lb. Moscato grapes - 2 tablespoons lemon juice - 1 tablespoon honey - 3 tablespoons brandy - 1 tub full fat yogurt - icing sugar.

Rinse and peel the grapes, sprinkle with icing sugar and place in a bowl. Mix the lemon juice with honey and brandy, pour in, cover and place in the fridge for 3 h. Serve ultra cold spread with yoghurt.
