Around the world with Cantina Santa Margherita.

To celebrate the start of the new millennium, Santa Margherita invites you on a virtual trip through the culinary customs and gastronomical tradition of different peoples. This will enable you to discover lots of different ways, which are both similar and yet different from ours, of celebrating one of the most ancient rituals known to man: the joy of food.
The ingredients are also familiar to Italian cuisine: cereals, meat, fish, vegetables and legumes: where they differ is in taste, combination and cooking methods.
Some of the recipes with their exotic names are simply delightful variations of traditional dishes from five of the world's most creative schools of cookery: Italy, France, China, India and Mexico.
Each recipe combined with a Santa Margherita wine brings every dish closer to ours, making it less "foreign", transforming it into a delicious memory of a trip abroad which, with a little imagination, can be brought into everyday cooking.

N.B. The ingredients are for 4 people. For those few ingredients you are unable to find in shops, the Italian equivalent is indicated.
