
200 g./7 oz. wild strawberries - 150 g./5 oz. red-currant - 150 g./5 oz. black-berries - 150 g./5 oz. raspberries - 80 g./3 oz. raisins - 1 cup rum - 1 tub full-fat yogurt - 4 tbsp. sugar - 1 tbsp. pine-nuts

Soak raisins in rum; rinse red fruit, dry gently, place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and place in fridge for 1 hour. Add rum and raisins; place fruit into individual bowls, pour yogurt over top of fruit, decorate with pine-nuts and serve.
