
400 g. spaghetti - 200 g. small green beans - 50 g. dry tomatoes in oil - 1 ripe tomato - extra virgin olive oil - salt

Clean green beans, by removing ends and place in a pan with lots of water and salt. Bring to boil and add spaghetti. When cooked al dente, drain spaghetti and green beans. Dip dry tomatoes into hot water, cut into strips and heat in a pan with lots of oil together with ripe tomato cut into pieces; add spaghetti and green beans, flavor the entire mix for 2 minutes and serve very hot.
