
1 l./2 pt. milk - stick vanilla - zest of one orange - 60 g./2 oz. sugar - pinch cinnamon - small cup cocoa powder - 2 cups Distillato Uva Pinot Grigio Santa Margherita

Boil milk with vanilla, orange zest (yellow part only), sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. When it reaches the boil, turn out flame and, beating quickly with a whisk, gradually add in cocoa powder and aqua vitae. Sieve and serve hot.
