
1/2 l. /1 pt. milk - 3 egg
yolks - 1 tbsp. sugar - 1 tbsp. flour - 1 tbsp. instant
coffee

Whisk eggs, add, whilst mixing,
the flour through a sieve and the sugar. Pour the compound
into a casserole dish, add coffee, mixing continuously
and thicken over a slow flame, without ever allowing to
boil, otherwise the cream will "go wild". Pour into a
goblet and serve lukewarm or cold with Amaretto biscuits.
