Santa Margherita's Marzemino is made with grapes from the Treviso Hills, which produce a pleasant, smooth wine. Santa Margherita's Marzemino is vinified to obtain a medium alcohol content, and then undergoes the process by which it gains its sparkle.
The wine is transferred to pressure tanks, yeasts and rectified concentrated must are added and it is fermented until the desired pressure is reached. At this point the wine temperature is lowered to - 4° C. to halt the fermentation process.
Tasting notes Vivacious semi-sparkling red, with an intense nose reminiscent of raspberries and strawberries.
