Cuvé di Rose' originated from the blend of two noble grape varieties from the Eastern Veneto region: Merlot and Cabernet. It is a light, pleasantly fragrant wine, suitable for everyday use.
The grapes are vinified separately. The musts are left briefly (24-30 hours) on the skins at a temperature of 17-18° C. After, the musts are left to ferment 15 days at 20-22° C. in contact with selected yeasts. The two wines being blended when the product is prepared for bottling.
Tasting notes Rosé with delicate nuances and an intensely winey, fruity aroma, which harmonises perfectly with its pleasantly dry, lively taste.
Culinary suggestions Excellent accompaniment for a vegetarian meal, goes well with pasta salads and white meats. Pleasant companion for fish soups, baccalà or stewed eel.
