Ingredients:
600 g cherries
125 g dark chocolate
1/4 liter of milk
0.15 liter of cream
3 eggs
60 g icing sugar
butter
Preparation:
Remove the stones from the cherries and grate the chocolate; grease a cake pan and put in the cherries. In a bowl, beat the eggs, the milk and the cream, and fold in the chocolate. Pour this mixture over the cherries and bake in the oven at 180° C for 50 minutes. Serve warm, dusted with icing sugar.
