Ingredients:
200 g./7 oz. broad leaf salad
100 g./3 1/2 oz. wild rocket
bunch radishes
5 small zucchini
oil
apple vinegar
salt
Preparation:
Clean radishes and zucchini and cut into fine slices; wash salad and rocket, dry and place in a salad bowl. Add sliced vegetables and dress with salt, oil and apple vinegar.
