Herbed tomatoes

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of finely chopped herbs
20 g breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Cuvé di Rosé Veneto I.G.T.

Preparation:
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half horizontally and remove the seeds. Add salt and pepper and sauté in a frying-pan with the oil. Remove from the pan, put them on a serving dish, sprinkle with herbs. Brown the breadcrumbs in the oil used for cooking, scatter them over the tomatoes and serve warm.
