Ice-cream with caramelized strawberries

Ingredients:
400 g vanilla ice-cream
400 g strawberries
20 g sugar
2 small glasses of Cointreau

Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze Dry Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G.

Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, cut them into slices and put them in a pan with the sugar and the Cointreau. Put a ball of ice cream in each individual serving bowl. Heat the strawberries for 2 minutes, stirring gently, and pour them over the ice cream. Serve immediately.
