“52” Rosé

Grapes: Glera, Malbec
Production zone: Valdobbiadene hill country (Glera), Lison Pramaggiore (Malbec)
Year:
Alcohol level: 12 % vol
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C
Recommended glass: Medium-sized tulip-shaped, narrowing towards the rim

The refermentation cuvée is blended from a Glera-based white wine and a
pink wine obtained from Malbec grapes. Second fermentation takes about
one month in pressure tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C. Once the
desired pressure of about 6.5 bar has been reached, the wine is cooled to
block further fermentation and encourage settling. After maturing on the
lees in the pressure tank for about six months, the wine is ready for release
to market.

Tasting notes

A pale pink hue introduces a joyous succession of floral fragrances lifted by
hints of red berry fruits as the subtle swath of aromatics unfolds in a richly
stimulating progression. Elegance on the nose is satisfyingly matched by
the delicate agility of the vibrant, long-lingering palate for a brilliantly
versatile drinking experience that is all lightness and easy-drinking appeal.
