Our Cuvé di Rosé comes from a blend of two noble varieties of the Eastern Veneto, Merlot and Cabernet: it is a light, attractively perfumed wine that is ideal for everyday drinking.

Tasting notes
A rosé wine with faint highlights, it reveals an appealing fruity bouquet, which is echoed perfectly by the attractively dry and lively flavor, with its fresh and very persistent finish.

Serving suggestions
Excellent for accompanying a vegetarian meal, it goes splendidly, too, with pasta salads or with poultry and other white meats. It also makes a delicious foil for fish soups, dried salted cod or stewe
