Thursday 24 May, at AIS Roma - Hotel Rome Cavalieri (Rome), will be Santa Margherita Day in collaboration with Bibenda. There will be two simultaneous events.
A tasting counter - from 4 pm to 9.30 pm http://www.bibenda.it/attivita_singola.php?id=1238
Tasting will follow tasting to explore the special winemaking and territory-specific features of the wineries that make up Gruppo Santa Margherita.
An exploratory seminar (http://www.bibenda.it/attivita_singola.php?id=1239 ) (from 5 pm to 7 pm) with tastings of representative wines.
Loris Vazzoler, Gruppo Santa Margherita’s technical director, Josef Romen, Kettmeir’s oenologist, and Andrea Daldin, oenologist at Lamole di Lamole and Sassoregale, will join the group’s consultant oenologist Donato Lanati at the seminar to describe the wines of Santa Margherita, Kettmeir (Alto Adige), Lamole di Lamole (Chianti Classico), Sassoregale (Maremma) and Terreliade (Sicily).
