50° Pinot Grigio
Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio. For 50 years, the emblem of Italian winemaking around the world.
In 1960, Santa Margherita’s oenologists had the inspired idea of fermenting the copper-hued grapes of Pinot Grigio off the skins. This led in 1961 to the birth of an innovative wine whose fresh fragrances and food-flexible palate revolutionised Italy’s winemaking sector. Over the past half century, Pinot Grigio has steadily established its reputation, becoming the variety that symbolises Italian white wine around the world. Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio continues to be its flag-bearer.
