What do we want to do? What do we want to become? Every business poses these two fundamental questions every day, and the answers to them take precedence over any other decision. For Santa Margherita, the answers are simple, and can be summed up in two short statements.
Our vision is a clear one: to establish ourselves around the world as one of the principal proponents of Italian eno-gastronomic culture.
Our mission is that of always making the matching of our wines with food into a pleasurable experience.
Put much more simply, we believe that the consumer, the grape and the terroir of origin are indissolubly linked. This is the primary guarantee that we give to the consumer. The second is the wholesomeness of our products and the consistency of the organoleptic characteristics of every one of our wines.
But we also want to be able to respond to all the demands of our consumers and of our trade partners: in the same way that we want to share our passion for – and knowledge of - wine with consumers. We thus wish to increase the general level of eno-gastronomic competence and awareness of the values that lie within every bottle of wine.
