In the commune of Sambuca, between Menfi (Memphis) and Sciacca in the Province of Agrigento, lies the splendid estate of 285 hectares (705 acres) run by Silene S.r.l., surrounded by bare valleys enriched only by the presence of almond and olive groves.
Our attention to our vineyards is meticulous and grape selection is carried out with care and precision. The highlighting of indigenous grapes and the use of international varieties - as "interpreted" by Sicily's natural conditions - form the basis for Feudo Zirtari's products.
Technical skills and our love for the area are merged here in the most harmonious of ways, with the intention of offering whoever tastes these wines a memorable treat, as well as moments of serene pleasure and domestic warmth. It is with these ideals in mind that we have created Zirtari Rosso and Zirtari Bianco.
