(46 of vineyards) has grafted the use of the latest technologies
onto its "stock" of winemaking tradition.
Close to Vinsanteria
and the 16th-century cellars, where its finest wines age in oak casks, it has
recently inaugurated a modern new winemaking plant.

Lamole trademark this winery offers a range of prestigious Chianti Classicos with
a traditional profile, including the exceptional Campolungo Reserve.
In the
important Wine Competition "Banco d'Assaggio di Torgiano 1998" two wines of Fattoria
Pile e Lamole have been classified between the winners, each one in its own category:
the Chianti Classico "Lamole di Lamole" 1995 and the Chianti Classico Riserva
